result will follow from anything published here. Most stolen cryptocurrency is never
recovered, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.
Findings are assessments about addresses, not accusations about people. Where
this site describes an address as connected to an incident, that is an assessment at a
stated confidence level, drawn from public blockchain records and documented case
material. It is not a finding of fact, not a statement that any identified person
controls that address, and not an allegation of wrongdoing by any individual. No natural
person is named anywhere on this site. Connecting an address to a person requires legal
process directed at a service provider, and that is a matter for law enforcement.
Information is provided as found, and as at the moment it was read. The data
behind everything here comes from public block explorers, public nodes and published
case material. Those sources can be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and where they are, so
is what is shown here. On-chain state also changes continuously: a balance, a permission
or a movement is shown as a reading taken at a stated time and nothing more. Every
figure is stated with its basis so it can be checked independently, and anyone relying on
it should check it.

national cybercrime authority in your own country. Those channels are free. Anyone
who contacts you offering to recover stolen cryptocurrency for an upfront fee, a
percentage, a “tax”, an unlock payment or a wallet connection is running a
second fraud against you.
