Refunds

Payments settle on chain, so the rules are stated up front. Last revised 19 September 2026.

Access pass

• If we cannot deliver — your payment confirmed but no pass activated, or the service could not produce a report for the address you bought it for — we refund in full: the same token, the same amount, to the address that paid. Ask within 30 days with the transaction hash.
• Once a report has been delivered, the digital service has been supplied and we do not refund for change of mind, for a result you did not hope for (the money went to a mixer, the trail ended at an exchange, nothing could be attributed), or for unused days on the pass.
• Your consumer guarantees are unaffected. If the service was not provided with due care and skill or was not fit for its stated purpose, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law whatever this page says. Tell us what went wrong and we will re-run, re-supply or refund as the law requires.

Reviewed report

• If we have not contacted you within the stated reply time, or we decide after reading your case notes that we cannot usefully review it, we refund the reviewed portion in full. The self-serve access that activated with the order stays yours.
• Once the reviewed report has been delivered, the same delivered-service rule and the same consumer guarantees apply as above.

Sent the wrong amount, the wrong token, or on the wrong network?

A payment that does not match is not matched to any pass and is not charged to anything; it sits in our receiving wallet. Contact us with the transaction hash and we return it to the sending address, less the network fee of sending it back. A payment sent to any address other than the one shown on our own checkout screen was not sent to us and we cannot return it — that is the recovery scam the site warns about.

How a refund is paid

Always on chain, in the token and on the network you paid with, to the address the payment came from. We do not pay refunds to a different address, a bank account or a card, and we never ask you to pay anything to receive a refund.
