Short, because there is little to say: there are no accounts, and we collect as little as the service needs. Last revised 19 September 2026.
No account, no name, no identity document, no password. No advertising or analytics trackers, no third-party scripts, no cookies for tracking. Nothing you paste is sold, shared for marketing, or used for anything but producing your result.
To produce a result we send the address you submit to public block explorers, public RPC nodes and a price service; that is how a trace is done, and those services see the address and our server's request. We do not send them anything about you. Case evidence, order details and monitoring targets stay on our own server.
Case evidence and pass records are kept for the life of the pass and deleted 7 days after it expires — a promise made at checkout and carried out by a scheduled job, not on request. Reviewed-report details are kept until the case is closed and then for the period needed to answer any follow-up. Monitoring targets are deleted with the pass. Feedback is kept until read and acted on.
This site uses your browser's local storage to remember your access-pass link and, on the Aurum page, a list of wallets you have checked — shortcuts that live on your device only. We do not read them; clearing your browser data removes them. Reports themselves live on our server for the life of your pass and open from any device with your access link.
You can ask what we hold against an access pass or an email address you gave us, ask for it to be deleted, or ask for a correction, using the contact address below. Because there are no accounts, we will verify a request by the access link or the paying transaction. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles whether or not the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) requires us to.
